TENDER NOTICE

TENDER NOTICE FOR DIETARY ARTICLES
FOR THE PERIOD 1ST APRIL 2009 TO 31ST MARCH 2010.

Sealed Tenders are invited by the Director, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400 012 from Established and Reputed Contractors/ Stores for the supply of Dietary Articles such  as Fruits, Vegetables, General Provisions, Tea & Coffee, Eggs & Grocery etc. to the Hospital from 1st April, 2009 to 31st March 2010

The Tender documents along with Terms and Conditions of supply are available from Purchase Department, TMH, Service Block 4th floor, between 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm on working days against Rs.500/- in cash (non-refundable) with the Accounts Department until 19.1.2009 “EMD” as mentioned against each category of Dietary Schedule is also required to be deposited with Accounts Department for each Schedule prior to submission of tender to the Purchase Department.

Tender document duly signed and stamped on all papers with photocopy of receipt for Earnest money deposit in sealed envelopes superscribed with “Tender for Rate Contract 2008-09 for the Dietary Articles” addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai  400 012 should be delivered to the Purchase Department on all working days between 3.00 pm and 4.30 pm upto 20th January 2009.

Tenders will be opened on 21th January 2009 at 10.00 am in front of those Tenderers who wish to be present. In case 19th , 20th & 21st January 2009 happens to be an unscheduled holiday next working day will be taken into account.
