Work description: Providing Architectural Consultancy Services for Construction of Centre for Cancer Epidemiology,  Ground plus seven storey Bldg. at ACTREC, Plot No. 20 & 21, Kharghar Node,  Taloja, Pin No. 410 208 having proposed area of 50,000 sft.  and approximate estimated cost of Rs.16 Crores.

Expression of Interest is invited for the above work from reputed Architects with proven track record  and atleast 5 years experience in the relevant field for providing consultancy services for planning, designing,  architecture,  preparing  cost  estimate  for construction,  preparing tender documents,  (including BOQ)  on the guidelines  of CPWD/Govt. norms,   getting requisite permission/approvals  from CIDCO and other statutory bodies etc.

Interested agencies  may visit  the site at the above  address and collect the documents for Expression of Interest from the office of Chief Engineer, Tata Memorial Hospital, 6th Floor, Service Block, Parel. 

Sealed  Expression Of Interest  should be submitted to the above  mentioned address  on or before 15/07/2009 by  3.00 p.m.  and will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m.   The representatives of the agencies are welcome, to be present at the time of opening of Expression Of Interest.
