63year old male presented with Pleural effusion. He was referred to Tata Memorial Hospital for management. Patient had no history of Smoking or alcohol. Treated with AKT and antibiotics for cough and chest pain, but did not respond. Chest X-ray: Irregular lesion with spiculated margins in the right hilar region with fibrotic strands. Right sided pleural effusion.
Reactive mesothelial cells – no malignancy
Metastatic Adenocarcinoma
Metastatic Squamous carcinoma
