Vaginal smear of 79 year old female who was treated for squamous carcinoma of uterine cervix and received radiotherapy for the same 7 years before.  The patient was on regular follow-up and presently has complaints of burning micturition, dysuria, urgency and increased frequency of urination. USG of abdomen and pelvis revealed only mildly thickened urinary bladder.
