43 years female presented with complaints of irregular extensive bleeding per vagina. The C.T. scan of abdomen and pelvis showed a lobulated, heterogeneously enhancing mass (10 X 7 c.m.).  A hysterectomy with bilateral salphingo-oopherectomy was done and this is the intra-operative ascitic fluid smear.
