Brnonchial lavage smears of a 42 male, proved case of Hodgkins disease (Nodular Sclerosis). Treated with chemotherapy and radiation to mediastinum. PET scan on completion of treatment showed no active disease. After a year patient presented with complaints of cough with expectoration and breathlessness. CT scan of chest showed pleural effusion and bronchiectatic changes and patchy consolidation in right lung. Bronchoscopy showed no endobronchial abnormality.
