Pleural fluid of a 58 year old male presented with complaint of severe breathlessness. Chest X-ray showed massive right sided pleural effusion with collapse of the underlying lung. He had undergone total laryngectomy followed by radiation therapy for squamous carcinoma of the larynx two years ago.
