Clinical Details

This is a bronchial lavage smear of 32 year old man with a history of a bronchioloalveolar carcinoma of the lung. He was treated with 5 cycles of chemotherapy 6 months back. His recent CT scan showed consolidation of both the lungs and right pleural effusion. Bronchoscopy did not show any endobronchial lesion
