Pleural fluid smears of a 58 year old male patient who is a cigarette smoker. He had complaints of weakness and right lumbar swelling. CT scan chest showed massive left pleural effusion with pleural nodules. Patient had history of Papillary renal cell carcinoma, for which left radical nephrectomy was done in December 2010.
