This is the bronchial lavage smear of a 30 year old male who presented with complaints of hemoptysis, breathlessness and hoarseness of voice.  The CT scan findings showed endoluminal mass lesion in right main bronchus with collapse of middle lower lobe. Bronchoscopy showed polypoidal growth in the right main bronchus.
