Cerebrospinal fluid smear of 74-year-old male who had complaints of altered sensorium, headache, vomiting and bladder incontinence. CT scan of brain showed a hypo dense space-occupying lesion in the left posterior parietal region of the brain. PET scan did not show any abnormality.
