Ascitic fluid smear of 31-year-old woman. Presented with abdominal pain and weight loss. CT scan of abdomen and pelvis showed large solid cystic mass in the abdomen and pelvis with omental thickening and mild ascites. Serum CA 125 levels were raised while serum AFP and bHCG levels were within normal limits.
