Post bronchoscopy sputum sample of 38 year old male who presented with complaints of cough with haemoptysis and dyspnoea on exertion since one month. Bronchoscopy showed nil endobronchial lesion.
CT scan: Showed well defined solid lesion 4.5x3.8x3.0 cm left upper lobe abutting the left atrium. Left pleural effusion present.
