This is a pericardial fluid of a  46 year , beedi smoker, male patient  with complaints of  breathlessness, tachycardia and a small ulcer over  left scapular area.

CT scan (Thorax) showed a 3.5 x 2.3 cms sized soft tissue mass in left upper lobe with multiple other nodular opacities in all lobes of lung. Multiple mediastinal nodes. Pericardial and bilateral pleural effusion and lytic lesion in vertebral bodies.
