This is a Pleural fluid of a 60 year old male smoker who presented with complaints of severe breathlessness, chest pain and dry cough of 3 months duration. CT scan of the chest showed mediastinal mass with moderate right sided and minimal left sided pleural effusion with collapse of the underlying lung in the Rt. side and also Rt. supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.
