A 51 year old male patient presented in this hospital with complaints of generalized body ache, breathing difficulty, cough and unquantified weight loss since 2 years. Beedi smoker since 35 years.
well defined radio opaque lesion seen in both parahilar regions. Fibrosis seen in both upper and mid zone with bilateral basal emphysematous changes.
Lung mass in the left upper lobe with ? metastasis in right lung with mediastinal lymphadenopathy, in addition right sided pleural thickening with calcification also noted.
