ELIGIBILITY:-

Applicants should be less than 40 years of age having not more than 5 years experience after a suitable post graduate qualification (M.S., M.D. or equivalent) of which 3 years should have been spent in Oncology, preferably at a Cancer Institute / Medical College / Large Private Hospital.  Those involved in Non-oncology work may be considered if two thirds of their work involves Oncology.  The number of seats available for the above fellowship is Four (04).

The value of the fellowship will be Rs.15,000/- p.m. (consolidated).  Selected Outstation candidates may be provided sharing hostel accommodation subject to the availability on payment of Rs.750/- p.m.       (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only).  Rs.250/- p.m. (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) will be charged towards transportation.  A sum of Rs.1800/- p.m. (Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred only) will be charged towards diet and a sum of Rs.4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) to be paid as diet deposit.

Eligible candidates may send their application in the proforma given below along with a recent passport size photograph affixed on right hand top corner with attested copies of all certificates so as to reach the     H.R.D. Officer, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai - 400 012 on or before 13.02.2012.                          

HOW TO APPLY:    Eligible applicants would be required to apply ONLINE through the link on our website viz. tmc.gov.in OR tmh.gov.in/application form and forward a printout of online application along with Xerox copies of certificate.   No other mode of application will be accepted.

For applying Online, the applicant must possess valid email ID and a facility to take printout of the Acknowledgement Receipt.

All correspondence with the applicant will be done through email only.  Information regarding offer letters etc. will be provided through email.  Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of related documents will be of the candidate.  Tata Memorial Centre will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or delivery of emails to spam/bulk mail folder etc.      

The application can only be submitted after entering the Registration Slip No.  The candidate must submit a recent passport size photograph, attested copies of all certificates regarding Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificate, Physically Handicapped Certificate etc. along with the copy of online application form.  Only committed applications will be accepted.  The candidate will be responsible if the application is not committed online and submitted to H.R.D. Department.

Late & incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.

Names of the selected candidates will be shown at the website and intimated on OR after 23.02.2012.  No correspondence will be entertained regarding the application submitted.  Those who are at present employed in the Govt./Semi Govt. Organization, Autonomous bodies should send their application through proper channel
